The breakfast buffet each morning was okay. The friendly staff were helpful.

The rubbish bins lacked rubbish bags in the room, quite unhygienic. I also found the gym to be wanting. It lacked basic equipment and felt cramped.

The pool area offered ample sunbeds. I never struggled to find one. i appreciated the hotel app. I used it to order snacks and drinks directly to my sunbed. i found the complimentary tuk-tuk service to the nearest metro station helpful.

the hotel is located a bit outside of the center, so getting around sometimes required a taxi.

the hotel provided a complimentary tuk-tuk service to the metro station. this made it easy to get around the city. the breakfast offered many choices and was very good. the swimming pool was also nice.

i found the room could have been a bit bigger. the location was somewhat difficult to reach using public transport at certain times. noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable through the walls.

I found the staff kind and professional. They were amenable to all requests. the bedroom i had was large and comfortable, complemented by a balcony. i particularly enjoyed the food, both breakfast and dinner, with views overlooking the refreshing pool. We loved the greenery.
